Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.

Use DropBandit only for lawful creator, production, moderation, and audience-interaction workflows.

You keep ownership of audio, profile information, posts, messages, DropKits, Voice Notes, visuals, and other content you create or upload.

By using DropBandit, you grant DropBandit the limited rights needed to host, store, process, transcode, display, share, and play that content as part of the service.

Only upload, record, publish, or share media that you created, own, licensed, or otherwise have permission to use.

Do not use DropBandit to harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, spam, scrape private services, violate intellectual-property rights, bypass platform rules, or interfere with the service.

Do not upload malware, unlawful content, non-consensual recordings, or content that violates creator, platform, privacy, or safety rights.

DropBandit may connect to or display content from creator platforms when you authorize those connections or use public provider links.

Third-party platforms are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, review processes, quotas, and technical limits. DropBandit is not responsible for those external services.

Paid plans, founder access, and subscription features are subject to the pricing shown at checkout and the payment processor's terms.

Taxes, renewals, cancellations, refunds, failed payments, chargebacks, and account access after cancellation may be handled by the payment processor and DropBandit billing settings.

DropBandit may review, hide, remove, disable, or limit Drops, posts, profiles, DropKits, messages, Watch content, or accounts when content appears unsafe, infringing, unlawful, abusive, or outside product rules.

Reports may be reviewed by administrators before action is taken.

DropBandit, the DropBandit name, product design, software, and brand assets belong to DropBandit or its licensors.

These Terms do not give you ownership of DropBandit software, trademarks, or service infrastructure.

You may stop using DropBandit at any time. DropBandit may suspend or terminate access if an account creates risk, violates these Terms, violates laws, or misuses the service.

Some records may remain where needed for security, billing, legal, moderation, abuse-prevention, or backup purposes.

DropBandit may change, limit, pause, or discontinue features. Some features depend on browsers, devices, audio permissions, third-party platforms, Supabase, Railway, Vercel, Stripe, email providers, and network availability.

The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

DropBandit is provided as a creator tool and is not a legal, copyright, tax, payment, or broadcasting compliance advisor.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DropBandit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or platform access.
